In 2023, former owners Rick and Pat Musa sold Fish Haven Farm to local residents and friends, Alex and Andrea Weisz. It continues to be a family-owned and operated business. With an emphasis on recirculating aquaculture systems and local fish raising, they strive to incorporate more resource efficient and eco-friendly practices to pond fish stocking. In addition to the 10 fish species, pond products, aerators and services provided in the past, the new owners have added the sale and installation of docks to their inventory. Alex, Ane, and Fish Farm Manager Noah Cantella, are happy to assist you with your pond goals! Read the bios of Alex, Ane and Noah on the HOME page of our website.

After 42 seasons of operating this family business reality show otherwise known as Fish Haven Farm, Rick and Pat are retiring. The decision is a little sad and surreal , this being a part of our identities for so long, but also hopeful to have the time for those fun things we hear about. We want to express our appreciation to all our suppliers and customers-we so enjoyed our interactions with all of you over the years. We’ve been privileged to share photos, stories, and life experiences, visit beautiful ponds, and make some good fishy friends. Fish Haven Farm will continue its service with new owners and as we assist in the transition, you may still get to hear one more Rick joke or story!
