Aerating Fountains
Aerating fountains (VFX Series) combine the benefits of decorative fountains with increased oxygenation to improve pond health. One V-shaped spray pattern. Additional lighting options available. Robust- Aire Diffusers
Diffused aeration provides oxygen into the pond from the bottom up. A shore-mounted compressor, which can be located a distance away, pumps oxygen to a diffuser lying on the bottom through weighted hose. Thermal stratification is reduced as temperature and oxygen are more uniform, allowing fish to inhabit the entire water column. De-icing benefits occur in cold months and a source of electricity close to the pond location is not needed. Runs through the winter.

Surface Aerators
Surface aerators substantially agitate high volumes of water at the pond surface, maximizing exposed air and water to create valuable gas exchange. This is a good choice for aeration when decorative fountains are not needed or desired. Surface aerators are typically used in ponds 8' or shallower. 1/2 HP or higher.

Circulators
Aquaticlear Circulators, the first and only clog-free circulator, creates a strong directional water flow to solve aquatic problems such as reducing stagnant areas, removing floating debris, and increasing oxygen transfer.

De-Icers

Beginning in the 2021 season, Fish Haven Farm offered a new easy to set up and more economical solar powered diffused aeration system for ponds up to 1/3 acre in size. Parts included:
- galvanized steel mounting pole
- installation within a 50 mile radius

Windmills provide an aeration option without the need for electricity. Aerating with a windmill works with nature to improve pond health with every turn of the windmill. The air diffuser, which is placed at a deep level of the pond takes the oxygen that is compressed into the airlines and turns it into thousands of fine oxygen bubbles. Oxygen is added to the water while gases, excess nutrients and pollutants are released into the air.
